I found this little guy about a week ago at a trash dump, I’ve been nursing him back to health and trying to find a home for him. Poor little guy, I hope that someone can take him.
Day 5 of Insanity: PURE CARDIO! Wow, I’m not going to lie my body had a nice meeting with the floor this morning! I’m NOT giving up though! I like this feeling of being powerful, of feeling all my body working!

if i was an olympic gymnast i would just flip around everywhere all day like i wouldnt stop like oh can you pass the salt no but i can do 7 backflips in a row holding the salt and then twist into a cartwheel to hand you it

I started my Insanity workout today!
Day 1: Fit Test—-> I collapsed at the end of the workout and pretty much just layed there on the floor gasping for air. I got a spoon full of penut butter and then recovered.
